Dr Elam always wanted to be a physician since she was in high school. She loved science and working with people, and found a great way to blend the two. She enjoys being there for people during both happy and hard times, and the relationships that develop from those experiences. Interacting with children is Dr Elam's favorite part of her job. Children are incredibly resilient and she loves watching them grow into young adults. Dr Elam holds particular interests in newborns and breastfeeding, as well as vaccine education and behavioral health. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. They spend most of their time outside swimming, hiking, exploring or at the baseball fields.

Nina Desai, MD, earned her medical degree at American University of the Caribbean in St. Marteen, Netherlands Antilles, and both her master's degree in molecular pathology and bachelor's degree in clinical laboratory sciences at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock. She completed her family medicine residency at St. John Providence Health System in Southfield, MI. Dr Desai has been recognized as a Top Doc 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026 by Austin Monthly Magazine. Winners are nominated by their peers as among the best in their region/nation in their medical specialty.

Dr Vivianna Wu is a board-certified Family Medicine physician who provides comprehensive care from chronic disease management to women's health through evidence-based medicine and shared decision-making with her patients. In addition, she performs various in-office procedures including, but not limited to joint injections, trigger point injections, and skin procedures. Dr Wu is a proud Texan who grew up in Austin. She completed her undergraduate studies at Baylor University and received her medical education at the Alabama College of Osteopathic Medicine. She returned to central Texas at Baylor Scott & White - Round Rock to complete her 3-year Family Medicine residency training.

Dr Jennifer Helmcamp is a board-certified physician, specializing in pediatrics. Her professional interests include nutrition. She is passionate about forming great relationships with her patients, from newborns to adolescents, and their parents. Dr Helmcamp believes in teamwork, ensuring that parents get all of their questions answered and know that they are always doing the best for their children. She often feels like she's part of their family and finds that truly rewarding. Dr Helmcamp is a proud Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, hiking, reading and traveling. Dr Helmcamp has been recognized as a Top Doc 2020 by Austin Monthly Magazine.

Dr Shenoy enjoys being able to help patients improve their quality of life by helping them see better and understanding their eye health. His goal is to help patients learn about their eyes so they can understand what is normal and what may require an urgent evaluation. When not in the office, Dr Shenoy enjoys spending free time with his family because he would not be where he is without their love and support.
